At Mujer Balanceada, we offer both digital products and print-on-demand physical products. Below you’ll find details on how each type of order is processed.
Digital Products
Our digital resources (such as devotionals, planners, Bible studies, or templates) will be available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an email with instructions and a secure link to access your files.
- These resources are designed to be used on a tablet or printed at home.
- Because these are downloadable digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products
Some of our items—like notebooks, mugs, or tote bags—are custom-made for you using a print-on-demand process through our external supplier. This means:
- Your product will be created especially for you once your order is confirmed.
- Estimated delivery time: 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your product has shipped.
We currently ship to a selection of countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Additional Information
We do not offer returns or exchanges on physical products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. If that happens, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the affected item.
Physical and digital products may appear in the same order but will be delivered separately.
